Shipping policy

We are located in Australia and we ship our products from Perth, WA. Our processing times is currently 2-5 days.

Domestic estimated delivery time

Standard letter mail: 2 to 10 business days. No tracking number provided for this service.

Express post: 2 to 4 business days.

International estimated delivery time

For international orders the estimated delivery time is 15 to 45 days. Orders are sent by letter mail, which is the most affordable shipping method and no tracking is provided. Tracking and Express upgrades are offered during checkout.

Please note that delivery time may take longer than stated due to customs inspections, which is totally out of my control. 

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges

Cancellations are accepted if requested within 4 hours of placing your order. All cancellation requests are treated on a case to case basis and may be considered if the order hasn't been processed yet.

Cancellations and refunds will be automatically rejected if the order has been shipped.

Returns, Exchanges, and Damaged Goods

Due to the nature of the handmade items, we don't accept returns or exchanges. However, you can contact us if you have any problem with your order.

If you receive damaged goods, please contact us on stickersaround@gmail.com with proof of purchase and photo of the damaged goods. Once reviewed and approved, we will be happy to arrange a replacement.
