Shipping policy

We are located in Australia and we ship our products from Perth, WA. Our processing times is currently 2-5 business days.

Domestic estimated delivery time

Standard letter mail: 2 to 10 business days. No tracking number provided for this service.

Express post: 2 to 4 business days.

International estimated delivery time

For international orders the estimated delivery time is 15 to 30 days. Orders are sent by letter mail, which is the most affordable shipping method and no tracking is provided. Tracking and Express upgrades are offered during checkout.

You can also add tracking number by upgrading the shipping method.

Please note that delivery time may take longer than stated due to customs inspections, which is totally out of my control. We are not responsible for customs delays.
